The United States Bowling Congress officially launched Jan. 1, 2005, as the organization to serve amateur adult and youth bowlers in the United States. It resulted from the merger of the American Bowling Congress, Women's International Bowling Congress, Young American Bowling Alliance and USA Bowling. Subsequently, The Rogue Valley USBC Association was launched on August 1, 2005 to serve the bowling community in Jackson County and surrounding communities, taking over the functions previously handled by the RVBA, RVWBA and the RV YABA.

The purpose of this Website is to inform bowlers of the organization, tournaments and news of bowling in the Rogue Valley area.
